● Multi-Frequency * The multi-software is set based on values configured for each frequency of 40KHz, 72KHz, 104KHz, and 170KHz, allowing for switching operations in as little as 0.75 seconds. ● Dual Sweep Function * In addition to the conventional frequency modulation method (sweep function), a dual sweep has been added to prevent resonance of parts. * This resolves issues of cleaning unevenness and damage caused by standing waves and resonance effects. ● Multi-Frequency Oscillator Unit * We have developed an oscillator that fully supports multi-frequency, which was previously considered difficult. * It is now possible to achieve reliable output at any frequency. ● PLC Controller * It allows for oscillation switching settings of up to 10 steps, enabling arbitrary settings of frequency, output, and time to accommodate a wide variety of workpieces. ● Degas & Up Sweep Function * The up sweep function, which removes dissolved oxygen from the liquid in the tank and lifts contaminants to the surface, enables more reliable cleaning.
